How long does the service take?
Most collections are returned within 48 hours. For delicate pieces we'll let you know if we need additional time.
Do I need to be home for collection?
We recommend someone be available. You can also leave clothes with the concierge or a neighbor, as long as you let us know in the notes.
Can I request only washing or only ironing?
Yes. Just indicate in the order notes what you need. The same pay-as-you-go rates communicated at booking apply.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Contact our team through the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. We'll adjust your plan in less than one business day.
